The last and most important part of your tip is the documents. You should provide either a link to a webpage on the district's website, OR upload a
document, such as a scan of a homework assignment your child came home with, a letter from the principal, or a Microsoft Word or PDF document
your child was sent electronically. One is required, but if you have multiple, the form allows you to provide several. For each document or link, please
give it a title that represents it or the problem with it. These documents may appear on the site, so please redact any children's names and anything
else you don't want public (including your own name if it appears in an image but you do not want it public).
